Using HearthMath bio-feedback technology, you will learn:

  • How stress affects your health

  • Simple, but highly effective tools to quickly rebound from stress and halt negative, depleting emotions

  • To practice these tools during a HeartMath session, using an electrode attached to your earlobe, you will see how these simple tools can be used—anytime, anywhere—to produce beneficial physiological changes in your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and system-wide coherence level.

During the final 30 minutes of the Stress Reduction session, you experience deep relaxation using infrared light and guided meditation to activate your nervous system’s parasympathetic mode.
